Gua Musang Travel Tips

Gua Musang (GPS: 4.88126, 101.96425) is a town in the southern part of Kelantan. It is also the administrative centre for Gua Musang District. The town is on the railway line from Kota Bahru to Gemas.

The name Gua Musang means "Fox Cave" or "Foxhole". It refers to the huge cave located on a hilly outcrop to the east of town. Gua Musang is the gateway for trips to Taman Negara Kuala Koh, the Kelantan part of the national park.
