Jalan Yap Kwan Seng is a road in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. It was named after the last Kapitan Cina, or Chinese headman, of Kuala Lumpur. Yap Kwan Seng (1846-1902) was born in China of Hakka descent. He arrived in Malaya at the age of 18 and started off as a common labourer in the tin mines in Seremban. From there he moved to Selangor in 1870.

Jalan Yap Kwan Seng runs from the intersection with Jalan Ampang and Jalan P Ramlee, in front of the Petronas Twin Towers, to Jalan Tun Razak. Among the buildings along the road includes Menara Ambank and the Australian High Commission. Jelita Court apartment is located near the junction with Jalan Tun Razak.
