Po Ling Temple (GPS: 3.15967, 101.71573), also called Kun Yam Thong Temple, is a Chinese temple along Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur. This is a Mahayana Buddhist temple said to be dedicated tot he Kuan Yin.

Po Ling Temple is a place for vegetarians to get a proper meal, as it serves various types of vegetarian dishes, including meal-inspired fare. The vegetarian food court at Po Ling Temple has been running since 19941.

According to a Malay Mail article, Po Ling Temple dates back to the 1880s, and is the first temple in Kuala Lumpur to have been built of bricks and tiles even though if you look at it today, you would be mistaken to think that the temple is new, as much of the original have been restored and replaced. This is due largely to the renovation carried out between 2000 and 2005, following cracks that appeared in 1994. It was known as Kun Yam Thong, but was now renamed Dharma Sagely Realm Monastery.
