Jalan Engku Muda Mansor is the main commercial street in Pekan, Pahang. The street is in a neighbourhood of Pekan known as Kampung Pancur. It forms a letter "L", connecting Jalan Sultan Mahmud in the west with Jalan Sultan Ahmad in the east. It intersects with Jalan Sultan Abdullah, Jalan Teng Quee and Jalan Tok Muda Haji Idris.

Jalan Engku Muda Mansor is a one-way street. To the west of Jalan Sultan Abdullah intersection, the traffic flow is westward towards Jalan Sultan Mahmud. To the east of Jalan Sultan Abdullah intersection, it flows eastward.

The Pekan Bus Terminal and Pekan Taxi Terminal are on Jalan Engku Muda Mansor. As such, most visitors to Pekan will start their visit to the royal town on this street. Within walking distance are shopping areas such as Bazar Muhibah and department stores such as Gedung Ten Ten.
