Kuala Langat District, or Daerah Kuala Langat, is a district on the southeastern part of Selangor. It shares a border with Klang District to the north and Sepang district to the west, and the coast of the Strait of Malacca to the south.

Kuala Langat is where Sungai Langat empties into the Straits of Malacca. The promontory where the river meets the sea is called Tanjung Tongkah. A little upriver from there is the old royal town of Jugra, which has the palace of Sultan Alaeddin as well as his mosque.

The main town in Kuala Langat District is Banting, which is the seat of the district administration. Other towns in Kuala Langat District include Jugra, Teluk Datok and Morib, which is famous for its beach, Pantai Morib.

Administration of Kuala Langat District is split between the Kuala Langat District Council (62,924 hectares) and the Kuala Langat District Office (24,780 hectares). The district comprises seven subdistricts or mukim, namely Telok Panglima Garang, Tanjung Duabelas, Morib, Kelanang, Jugra, Batu and Bandar.
