One Raffles Quay (GPS: 1.28153, 103.85196) is a skyscraper in downtown Singapore. It is located at the junction between Raffles Quay and Marina Boulevard.

One Raffles Quay comprises two skyscrapers. North Tower is a 50-storey block standing at a height of 245 meters. Next to it is South Tower, which is 140 meters tall and comprises 29 storeys. The two towers have a combined floor area of 148,000 sq meters (1.59 million square feet).

North Tower is occupied by Credit Suisse, Google, Scotiabank, UBS, Reuters and Ernst & Young. There is also a Fitness First gymnasium on the 8th floor. South Tower hosts Barclays Capital, Royal Bank of Scotland/ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank. The development is connected to the Raffles Place MRT Station by the subterranean retail mall.
