Saint-Luc is a small mountain village in Sierre district, Valais canton, Switzerland. Located on the slopes of the Anniviers valley, it covers 31.9 sq km (12.3 sq mi) and has a population of just slightly over three hundred people. The village was first mentioned in 1267 as Lus. Between 1304 and 1904, it was known as Luc though the name Saint-Luc first came to be used in 1850.

Today most of the people in Saint-Luc speak French, with smaller numbers understanding German, Portuguese and Italian. They are mostly Roman Catholic, comprising 84% of the population, with the remainer mostly from the Swiss Reformed Church.

Situated at an altitude of 1,650 m (5,413 ft) above sea level, Saint-Luc offers splendid views of the Anniviers valley, with views all the way to the neighboring villages. These villagers were consolidated on 1 January, 2009, to form the municipality of Anniviers.
