Khanty-Mansiysk (Russian: Ха́нты-Манси́йск) is a city on the eastern bank of the Irtysh River in Siberia, Russia. An oil boom town, it is today the administrative center of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The city covers 250.1 sq km (96.6 sq mi) and has a population of 79,500 people (2012 estimate).

Khanty-Mansiysk was only established in 1930. Originally called Ostyako-Vogulsk, it was renamed Khanty-Mansiysk in 1940, and was given town status when it merged with the village of Samarovo in 1950.

Wealth from petroleum has propelled the development of Khanty-Mansiysk. In 2007, it planned the building of the 280-meter (920 ft) Crystal Skyscraper. Designed by British architect Norman Foster, it will become one of the tallest buildings in Russia outside Moscow when completed.
