Conwy is a small market town on the northern coast of Wales. It is within the Conwy County Borough, across the River Conwy from Deganwy. It has a population of about 14,000 (2011 estimate).

The walls surrounding Conwy, along with Conwy Castle, were built by Edward I of England between 1283 and 1289. These are just some of the many tourist attractions in Conwy. The town also has what it claims to be the smallest house in Britain, measuring 3.05 meters by 1.8 meters (10 ft by 6 ft). Built in the 16th century, the house's last occupant was fisherman Robert Jones, who at 6 ft 3 inches in height, found it difficult to fit himself into the house, and was eventually forced to move out. That was in 1900. The house still belong to his descendants today.

I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
