Tan Teck Guan Building is a historic building within the compound of the Singapore General Hospital. It was named after the second son of local philantropist Tan Tock Seng, and was built through a donation of S$15,000 provided by Teck Guan's son Tan Chay Yan in memory of his father. The Tan family, one of the most illustrious in Singapore, has been instrumental in funding public projects, and the Malacca-born Tan Tock Seng was instrumental in setting up a hospital.

The Tan Teck Guan Building was built in 1911 in the Georgian style incorporating Neo-Classical elements. It formed an annexe to the Staits and Federated Malay States Government Medical School Building, which on 18 November 1913 was renamed the King Edward VII School of Medicine - and in 1949 became the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Malaya.

The Tan Teck Guan Building is today occupied by the Ministry of Health. It was gazetted a national monument on 2 December, 2002.
